 VZ‑ESD electro‑hydraulic systems provide dependable emergency shut‑down performance for wellhead and production applications. Designed to open when power is supplied and close automatically when power is removed, they deliver a simple, robust fail‑safe mechanism for critical safety environments.

  • Torque outputs up to 420,000 in‑lbs
  • Multiple power configurations: 24VDC, 120/240VAC Single Phase, or 230/460 Three-Phase
  • Backup hand-pump for manual opening
  • Adjustable closing speed
  • Visual indicator beacon & SPDT limit switches
  • Motor run timer with alarm LED/contacts
  • Controls manifold engineered to reduce leak points
  • Class I Div 1 & Div 2 options available
