VZ‑ESD HILO: High/Low Pressure Trip ESD Systems

Automated Pressure‑Based Safety

 VZ‑ESD HILO systems add intelligent pressure monitoring to the proven electro‑hydraulic platform. The actuator opens only when pressure is within the configured high and low setpoints. If pressure rises above or falls below the safe range, the spring‑return mechanism immediately closes the valve.

Performance Range

  • Opening speeds: 10–55 seconds
  • Closing speeds: 1–50 seconds
  • Hydraulic reservoir: 1.5 gallons
  • Standard fluid: Dexron III ATF (0–150°F)
